Newcastle have announced the signing of Targett on a permanent basis from Aston Villa.
Newcastle United have reached an agreement to sign Aston Villa left-back Matt Targett on a four-year contract for an estimated fee of around £12 million. only
The 26-year-old joined Eddie Howe’s side on loan last season in the January winter following a takeover from the capital. Saudi Arabia
Targett made 16 Premier League appearances. Helping the team to 10 wins and an unexpected 11th-place finish in the table.
